The Planning Board heretofore established shall
be continued and shall have all of the powers and duties provided
by the Village Law, the General Municipal Law, the Nassau County Charter
(Chapter 879 of the Laws of the 1936, as amended) and any other general
or special statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations now or hereafter
in force.
