In accordance with the provisions of § 1110 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, every driver of a vehicle shall obey traffic control signals which shall be installed, maintained and operated at the intersections and locations described in Schedule I (§ 160-35).
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 160-36) are hereby designated as one-way streets during the periods indicated, and drivers of vehicles shall proceed along those streets or parts of streets only in the direction indicated during the periods indicated.
No driver of a vehicle shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule III (§ 160-37).
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction (otherwise known as a "U-turn") is hereby prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 160-38).
In accordance with the provisions of § 1111, Subdivision (d)2, of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, no driver of a vehicle shall make a right turn on a steady red signal at the locations designated in Schedule V (§ 160-39).
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 160-40) are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated which shall be obeyed by every driver of a vehicle in accordance with § 1172 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
The intersections described in Schedule VII (§ 160-41) are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated which shall be obeyed by every driver of a vehicle in accordance with § 1172 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 160-42) are hereby designated as school stop intersections, and every driver of a vehicle shall stop as indicated at such times as "Full Stop - School Crossing" signs are displayed.
A. 
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of 6,000 pounds total gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets and highways or parts thereof except for those described in Schedule IX (§ 160-43).
B. 
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of materials along the highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded or the rendering of maintenance, service, installation or repair of properties, sidewalks, sewers and streets. Travel on otherwise excluded highways by restricted vehicles shall at all times be by the shortest available route from the nearest nonexcluded highway.

The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets within the Village is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except for those streets defined in Schedule XVIII (§160-52), where the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed shall be 25 miles per hour.
