No person shall use any body of water, stream, pond or creek within the corporate limits of the village for the purpose of supplying water to chemical spraying equipment or vehicles.
Except as otherwise provided in the Penal Law, each violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a violation pursuant to the Penal Law, punishable by a maximum fine of $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
