A.
The Township Engineer or his Township assignee shall
inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater
management and water quality facilities, including nonstructural BMPs.
B.
During any stage of the work, if the Township Engineer determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities, water quality facilities, or nonstructural BMPs are not being installed in accordance with the approved Chester Creek Stormwater Management Plan and/or Chapter 148, Part 1, of the Code of the Township of Concord, the Township shall revoke any existing Township permits or issue a stop-work order until a revised drainage plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this part.
