Editor's Note: A Table of Zoning Map Amendments is included at the end of this chapter.
Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of the various districts as shown on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
A.
The boundaries between districts are, unless otherwise indicated, either the center lines of roads and rights-of-way of railroads and/or public utilities or such lines extended or lines parallel thereto. Where boundaries on the Zoning Map are shown between a road and a district boundary line, this indicates that the district boundary line runs parallel to the road line.
B.
In undivided property, the district boundary lines on the Zoning Map shall be determined by the use of the scale of the map.
C.
When a district boundary line divides a lot held in single and separate ownership at the effective date of this chapter, the regulations as to the use in the lesser restricted district shall extend over the portion of the lot in the more restricted district a distance of not more than 50 feet beyond the district boundary line.
