A. 
No manufactured housing park shall be occupied unless a valid occupancy certificate is in force in accordance with Article II of this chapter.
B. 
A manufactured home shall not be occupied for dwelling purposes unless it is properly placed on a manufactured home stand and connected to water, sewerage and electrical facilities.
C. 
No space shall be rented for residential use of a manufactured housing in any manufactured home park except for periods of 60 days or more. No manufactured home shall be placed in the park or occupied unless it meets the requirements of all applicable state or local requirements and all required standards for plumbing, heating and electrical systems.
A. 
The person to whom an occupancy certificate for a manufactured housing park is issued shall operate the park in compliance with this chapter and regulations issued hereunder and shall maintain the park, its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition.
B. 
It shall be the responsibility of the park management to control the growth of brush, weeds and grass and to require occupants to maintain manufactured home lots in a clean and sanitary condition, free of debris, litter and waste matter.
C. 
The park management shall notify park occupants of all applicable provisions of this chapter and inform them of their duties and responsibilities under this chapter and regulations issued hereunder. To ensure compliance with the foregoing, the park owner shall distribute to each manufactured home unit a copy of this chapter.
D. 
The park manager shall supervise the placement of each manufactured home on its manufactured home stand, which includes securing its stability and installing utility connections.
E. 
The park management shall maintain a register containing the names of all park occupants. Such register shall be available to any authorized person inspecting the park.
F. 
Street designation and lot identification.
(1) 
It shall be the responsibility of the owner or owners of the manufactured housing park to:
(a) 
Cause each street in the park to be named and marked by appropriate street namemarkers attached to posts.
(b) 
Cause each lot to be numbered and marked by appropriate signs attached either to the dwelling unit thereon or to a post on said lot.
(c) 
Cause a map to be made showing the location and name of each street and the lot number of each lot and to deliver copies of said map to the Village Clerk as he shall require for distribution to village and other public officers and employees.
(2) 
The size, type of materials and location of such name and numbering devices shall be in accordance with such regulations as the Village Board may from time to time adopt.
A. 
The park occupant shall comply with all applicable requirements of this chapter and regulations issued hereunder and shall maintain his manufactured home lot, its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition.
B. 
The park occupant shall be responsible for complete skirting of his manufactured home within 90 days of occupancy. Any materials used for skirting or for the construction of enclosed patios, garages or structural additions, open patios, carports and individual storage facilities shall provide a finished exterior appearance.
