Any individual or organization causing a congregation of people at any public place within the Village or wishing to participate in or conduct any organized parade or procession, other than a funeral procession, on the public streets, sidewalks, or other public property in the Village shall first file a permit application with the Village Clerk and pay the appropriate fee.

The fee for such permit shall be set by the Board of Trustees by resolution and set forth in the fee schedule.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be punished subject to the penalties prescribed by § 1-14 of the Village Code.[1]
