Any person who, with intent to provoke a breach of the public peace
and good order of the village or whereby a breach of the peace and good order
may be occasioned, commits any of the following acts shall be deemed to have
committed the offense of disorderly conduct:
A. Uses offensive, disorderly, threatening, abusive or insulting
language, conduct or behavior.
B. Acts in such a manner as to annoy, disturb, interfere
with, obstruct or be offensive to others.
C. Congregates with others upon the streets of the village,
or in doorways or stairways adjacent thereto, or loiters about such places
so as to create confusion or a hazard and refuses to move on when ordered
by the police.
D. By his actions causes a crowd to collect except when
lawfully addressing such a crowd.
E. Interferes with any person in any place by jostling against
such person or unnecessarily crowding him or by placing a hand in the proximity
of such person's pocket, pocketbook or handbag; or who stations himself
in any place or follows or accosts any person for the purpose of obtaining
money or other property from said person by any trick, artifice, swindle or
confidence game, or in any other illegal manner.
F. Stations himself on the public street of the village
or follows pedestrians for the purpose of soliciting alms or who solicits
alms on the public streets unlawfully.
G. Causes a disturbance in any public conveyance within
the confines of village by running through it or climbing through windows
or upon the seats or otherwise annoying passengers or employees therein.
H. Stands on sidewalks or street corners and makes insulting
remarks to or about passing pedestrians or annoys such pedestrians.
I. Throws stones, snowballs or other missiles on or from
within the boundaries of any street, highway or public place within the village.
J. Willfully causes or raises a false cry or fire or orders
or causes to be sounded a false alarm of fire.
K. Breaks, defaces, damages, spoils, takes, carries away
or removes any property belonging to or used by the village or any licensee
or employee of the village in the maintenance or operation of its property
or facilities.
L. Violates the rules or regulations established for the
use of the property and facilities provided by the village or interferes with
the lawful use and enjoyment thereof by others.

It shall be unlawful for any person to intrude, trespass or enter upon
any lot, piece or parcel of land in the Village of Lake Success by foot or
in any vehicle or otherwise and/or remain thereon or therein without having
first procured the authority or request from the owner or occupant thereof.

No person, other than the owner thereof, shall willfully or maliciously
break, mar, injure, remove, deface or destroy any building, fence, awning,
sign, tree, shrubbery or any other property, private or public, within the
village.

A. Fire hydrants shall be opened only by members of the
Fire Department or properly authorized persons in the discharge of their duties.
B. No person shall obstruct or conceal, in any manner whatsoever,
a fire hydrant so as to hamper or impede access thereto.

An offense of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a violation
under the Penal Law and shall be punishable, upon conviction thereof, by a
fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.) or by imprisonment for
not more than fifteen (15) days, or both.
