All ordinances or local laws or parts of ordinances
or local laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Specifically
revoked is a certain ordinance of the Town of Lloyd previously known
as the "Plumbing Code," enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Lloyd
on October 22, 1935; a certain ordinance known as the "Sewage Disposal
Ordinance," enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Lloyd on April
15, 1968; and Local Law No. 4 of the year 1976, entitled "A Local
Law Regulating Sewer Use and Sewer Rents in the Highland Sewer District."[1]
