A. 
[1] In addition to the businesses, places, trades, occupations and things required to be licensed by statute or by other local laws and ordinances of the village, the following activities must be duly licensed:
(1) 
Billiard and pocket billiard rooms.[2]

Bowling alleys.
(3) 
Rifle ranges.
(4) 
Common shows, theaters, circuses, carnivals, moving-picture shows and similar places of amusement.

B. 
No person shall engage in or carry on any business, trade or occupation or maintain any place or thing specified in this section without a license therefor.
The operation of mobile kiddie rides, including carousels, mechanical horses and similar rides, is prohibited within the village.
