No person, partnership, corporation or other entity shall hawk, peddle, sell or dispose of any goods, wares or merchandise of any description from any vehicle of any kind whatsoever or stand in any street or public place in the Village of Massapequa Park without first having obtained a license as provided in § 202-1 of the Village Code. Such license shall be required for each individual, partnership, corporation or other entity engaged in such sale of goods, whether operating in his own behalf or as the agent or employee of another.
The Board of Trustees shall not grant a license hereunder unless it is satisfied that the person applying is a proper person to conduct such business.

The fee for peddling or hawking goods, wares or merchandise shall be as provided in Chapter A350, Fees.
