The Township of Radnor is hereby divided into
the following classes of districts:

The boundaries of districts shall be as shown
on the map attached to and made a part of this chapter, which map
shall be known as the "Zoning Map of Radnor Township." Said map and
all notations, references and data shown thereon are hereby incorporated
by reference into this chapter and shall be as much a part of this
chapter as if all were fully described herein.

A. Boundaries drawn approximately following the center
lines of streams, drainageways, streets, alleys or railroad or other
rights-of-way shall be construed as following such center lines.
B. Boundaries approximately following lot lines shall
be construed as following such lot lines.
C. Distances not specifically indicated on the Official
Zoning Map shall be determined by the scale of the map.
D. Where a district boundary divides a lot or runs through
undivided property, the location of such boundary, unless dimensioned
by figures on the Zoning Map, shall be determined by the use of the
scale appearing on said map.
E. Where physical features existing on the ground vary
from those shown on the Official Zoning Map or in other circumstances
not covered by the subsections above, the Zoning Hearing Board shall
interpret the district boundaries.
