A notice of public hearing on a proposed local law setting forth the
time and place of such hearing shall be published at least once in a newspaper
designated for that purpose published in the Town of Somers at least five
days before such hearing. The notice of public hearing shall set forth the
title of the local law and any brief explanatory statement concerning the
local law which the Town Clerk deems advisable and need not set forth the
entire text of the local law.
