Professional fees — See Ch. 133.
A fee schedule for applications, permits, programs and other matters representing the schedule of fees charged for the specified items shall be adopted by resolution of the Town Board, and such resolution shall govern over any different fee for an item set forth in any specific provision of the Code of the Town of Somers. The fees set forth in such fee schedule resolution shall be subject to amendment or modification by resolution adopted from time to time by the Town Board without public hearing with the exception of those fees fixed by state law.

In the event that any provision hereof or fee set forth in the resolution adopted by the Town Board shall be found to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding of invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other provision hereof or fee in such resolution.
