Grant of exemption; eligibility.

Grant of exemption; eligibility.
A.
The Village Board of Sylvan Beach grants partial tax exemption for real property of aged persons.
B.
Basic requirements are:
(1)
Applicants shall be at least 65 years of age.
(2)
The applicant's income shall not exceed $7,500.

(3)
The applicant shall meet all other state requirements as per § 467 of the Real Property Tax Law.
