The parking of vehicles in contravention of the various restrictions set forth in Article IV and the schedules adopted thereunder shall, if done within a tow-away zone as set forth herein, subject such vehicles to be towed away. Tow-away zones are enumerated (and may be added to or reduced by local law) in Schedule T (§ 231-55). Any vehicles illegally parked in a designated tow-away zone shall be towed away at the expense of the owner. The towing shall be accomplished by a towing company which possesses a permit under Chapter 225 of the Town Code, rates to be charged being those rates established for towing and storage of vehicles in Chapter 225. Vehicles which are towed and stored in conformance with Chapter 225 because they have been parked in a tow-away zone shall not be released by the licensed towing company unless its full bill for towing and storage is paid prior to release of the vehicle. All tow-away zone areas shall be conspicuously posted by the Highway Superintendent to indicate that the area is a tow-away zone.
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in the locations described in Schedule L (§ 231-47) during the hours indicated.
The parking of vehicles is hereby prohibited in the locations described in Schedule M (§ 231-48) for a longer period of time than that designated, during the hours indicated.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule P (§ 231-51) except at the angle designated and only within the painted white stall lines.
The locations described in Schedule Q (§ 231-52) are hereby designated as loading zones during the hours indicated, and the parking of vehicles in such locations is hereby prohibited during the hours indicated except for the express purpose of loading or unloading merchandise or freight. The designation of a location as a loading zone shall serve to supersede temporarily any other parking prohibition or restriction which may exist for such location.
The locations described in Schedule R (§ 231-53) are hereby designated as bus stops, and the parking or standing of vehicles other than buses is hereby prohibited in such locations.
The locations described in Schedule S (§ 231-54) are hereby designated as taxi stands, and the standing or parking of vehicles other than taxis is hereby prohibited in such locations.
