This chapter will take effect upon adoption
by the Village Board.
[Added 10-21-2000 by L.L. No. 1-2000]
By Local Law No. 1 of the Year 2000 the Village
of Tivoli has adopted "Greenway Connections: Greenway Compact Program
and Guides for Dutchess County Communities," as amended from time
to time, as a statement of land use policies, principles and guides.
In its discretionary actions under this Subdivision Code, the reviewing
agency shall be guided by said statement of policies, principles and
guides.

Reasonable and necessary costs incurred by the Planning Board for professional review of an application shall be charged to the applicant pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Tivoli Village Code.
