[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Tivoli 4-10-2013 by L.L. No. 1-2013. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Village Board is hereby authorized to override the tax levy
limit established pursuant to General Municipal Law § 3-c
for fiscal year 2013-2014 and to adopt a budget for fiscal year 2013-2014
that requires a real property tax levy in excess of the amount otherwise
prescribed in General Municipal Law § 3-c.

The Village Board is hereby authorized to override the tax levy

for fiscal year 2014-2015, and to adopt a budget for fiscal year 2014-2015
