Pursuant to §§ 41.05 and 41.07 of the Mental Hygiene
Law of the State of New York, the City of Troy hereby agrees to be included
under the jurisdiction of the County Mental Health Board of the County of
Rensselaer, in lieu of establishing its own mental health board, and the Mayor
of the City of Troy is hereby empowered to execute such instruments and agreements
as may be necessary to effectuate the intent and purposes of this chapter.
