§ 247-18 Unpaid fees or charges added to annual tax levy.

All unpaid fees or charges for municipal or municipally contracted solid waste collection and/or disposal services imposed on or after the effective date of this local law, including penalties or interest and not paid by December 1 of each year, shall be added to the annual City tax levy. This shall include but not limited to bulk pickup fees, garbage violations and fees charged for solid waste collection.
