The Town Board of the Town of Walworth is hereby
authorized to sell advertising space on Town property, including,
but not limited to, Town newsletters, websites, baseball outfield
signs and billboards.

The Walworth Town Board may set advertising
rates related to advertising space on Town property, including Town
newsletter, websites, etc. Said rates shall be set forth from time
to time by Town Board resolution, and shall be reflected in the Town
of Walworth Fee Schedule on file with the Walworth Town Clerk.
