Editor's Note: This local law was approved
by the majority of the qualified voters voting at a special election
held 11-8-1983.
The term of office of the Town Superintendent
of Highways of the Town of Walworth shall be changed to a four-year
term commencing with the term of the Town Superintendent of Highways
elected at the next biennial Town election held after the effective
date of this article.
