The fee to be paid for the consent of the Village of Warwick, New York, in accordance with Section 67 of the Transportation Corporations Law of the State of New York, for the maintenance of all bus lines having a beginning or ending point or terminal within, or operated wholly within, the corporate limits of said Village, shall be fixed as set forth in Chapter 63, Fees, payable May 1, 1975.
All owners or operators of such bus lines as aforesaid shall be notified by the Village Clerk of the passage of the foregoing resolution.
Upon nonpayment of the aforesaid fee after May 1, 1975, each and every person operating such bus line as aforesaid shall be prohibited from using any portion of the streets of the Village of Warwick, New York, for a terminus or station of said bus line or bus lines.
