Effective immediately, the Borough of Greencastle
shall impose the following charges for the services indicated:

Invoices are due and payable in full upon receipt.
A delinquency charge of 1 1/2% per month, or a minimum of $1, will
be assessed on accounts not paid within 30 days of the date of the
invoice.
