In accordance with the Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Act of 1923, May
16, 1923, P.L. 207, § 9,[1] as amended from time to time, a rate of interest in the amount
of 6% per annum shall be collectible on all municipal claims of the Borough
of Kutztown, on improvements from the date of the completion of the work after
it is filed as a lien, and on claims for taxes, water rates, sewer rates,
electric rates and any other types of claims from the date of the filing of
the lien therefor.
