[Adopted 9-9-1975 by Ord. No. 20-75]
There is hereby created the position of Municipal
Engineer for the Borough of Oaklyn, County of Camden, State of New
Jersey, pursuant to the requirements of N.J.S.A. 40A:9-140.
The compensation for said Municipal Engineer
shall be fixed by the terms of the agreement entered into between
the governing body and the Municipal Engineer pursuant to the applicable
provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.
The term of office of the Municipal Engineer
shall be for one year.
