The following restrictions shall be placed upon vehicular parking in the municipally owned parking lot located between the rear of the old Borough Hall at 500 White Horse Pike and the new Municipal Services Building on Clinton Avenue.
A. 
Parking in said lot shall be restricted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. to parking for Borough employees and visitors to the Borough facilities on official business.
B. 
Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., parking in said lot shall be restricted to residents of the Borough of Oaklyn who obtain special permits from the Borough Clerk allowing such parking.
The Borough Clerk is authorized to issue such permits to any resident of the Borough of Oaklyn who requests said permit free of charge.
Any vehicles parking in violation of the terms of this article, which shall be posted in said parking lot, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $10 and to reimburse the Borough for towing costs if said vehicle is towed away.

The following restrictions shall be placed upon vehicular parking in the municipally owned parking lot located adjacent to Manor Avenue in the Borough of Oaklyn.
A. 
Parking in said lot is restricted to automobiles only, and no trucks or campers are permitted to park thereon.
B. 
Between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., parking in said lot shall be restricted to residents of the Borough of Oaklyn who obtain special permits from the Borough Clerk allowing such parking.
C. 
The parking of automobiles only in 12 parking spaces located along the northerly line between Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 2, parallel to the West Clinton Avenue portion of said parking lot, shall be allowed and at all times restricted to residents of the Borough of Oaklyn who obtain special permits from the Borough Clerk allowing such parking.

The Borough Clerk is authorized to issue such permits, to any resident of the Borough of Oaklyn who requests said permit, free of charge.
