It shall be unlawful for any person within the
Borough of Oaklyn to urinate or defecate while in or upon a public
street, lane, sidewalk, public parking lot, public conveyance or other
public or quasipublic place or in or upon private property without
the permission of the owner.
Any person who shall violate the provisions
of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not to
exceed $200 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
