In applying the substantive provisions of this article, the following definitions shall control:
BUILDING DRAIN
That part of the lowest piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from all soil, waste and other drainage pipes inside the walls of a building and conveys it to the building sewer beginning three feet beyond the outside of the building wall.
BUILDING SEWER
That part of the drainage system which extends from the end of the building drain to the public sewer main.
PUBLIC SEWER
A common sewer main directly controlled by the Borough of Oaklyn.
The owner or owners of a building serviced by a public sewer shall, at all times, maintain the plumbing facilities in the home, the building drain and the building sewer free from obstructions and blockages and in good repair and operating condition.
The public sewer, from the point of connection to the building sewer to the Borough Sewer Plant, will be maintained by the Borough of Oaklyn.
