No person shall make a left turn at any of the
locations described in Schedule XIV, attached to and made a part of
this chapter.
No person shall make a U-turn at any of the
locations described in Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of
this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing
a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described
in Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter, whenever
official signs are present prohibiting such turn.
No person shall make a turn at any of the locations
described in Schedule XVII, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

No person or persons shall obstruct any street
or streets or alley with any encumbrance whatsoever, unless as otherwise
expressly permitted herein, nor shall any person or persons operate
a vehicle upon a street or alley in such a way as to interfere with
the efficient flow of traffic.
