The territory of the Borough of Oaklyn shall
be divided into the following zoning districts:

The Zoning Map of the Borough of Oaklyn be and
hereby is adopted consistent with the terms and conditions of this
section. The boundaries of these districts are hereby established
as shown the Zoning Map, which accompanies and is hereby declared
to be a part this chapter and a copy of which is on file with the
Oaklyn Borough Clerk. Where said map indicates a district boundary
on a set, the center line of such street shall be construed to be
the boundary.
The following rules shall apply to interpreting
the interpretation and application of the boundaries shown on the
Zoning Map:
A. Zoning district boundaries are intended to follow
street right-of-way lines, railroad rights-of-way, streams and lot
or property lines as they exist on plats of record at the time of
the passage of this chapter unless such zone boundary lines are fixed
by dimensions shown on the Zoning Map.
B. In unsubdivided land or where a zone boundary divides
a lot, the location of the zoning district boundary shall be determined
by the use of the scale on the Zoning Map if no dimensions have been
indicated.
