A.
Plenary retail consumption licensees with or without broad package
privilege (identified in accordance with N.J.S.A. 33:1-12 as license
types #32 and #33) shall be permitted to sell, deliver or permit the
sale of alcoholic beverages or permit the consumption of alcoholic
beverages upon the licensed premises at all times except the following:
(1)
On Mondays between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m.
(2)
On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between
the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
(3)
On Sundays between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
(4)
On New Year's Day, when it is not a Sunday, between the hours
of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
(5)
Package goods shall not be sold on any Sunday after 10:00 p.m. until
7:00 a.m. on Monday.
B.
Club licensees (identified in accordance with N.J.S.A. 33:1-12 as
license type #31) shall be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages for
the consumption of alcoholic beverages upon the licensed premises
at all times except the following:
(1)
On Mondays between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m.
(2)
On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between
the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
(3)
On Sundays between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
(4)
On New Year's Day, when it is not a Sunday, between the hours
of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
C.
During the hours in which sales of alcoholic beverages are hereinabove
prohibited, the entire licensed premises shall also be closed and
no person shall be admitted or permitted to remain therein except
that this provision shall not be construed to preclude restaurants
and clubs holding licenses from remaining open during other hours
for the purpose of providing other services and accommodations to
guests, members and guests of members; provided, however, adequate
facilities and equipment exist for such services and accommodations,
such services and accommodations are regularly provided, and any bars
on the premises are securely closed.
Plenary retail distribution licensees (identified in accordance
with N.J.S.A. 33:1-12 as license type #44) shall only be permitted
to sell, deliver or allow, permit or suffer the sale, service or delivery
of any alcoholic beverage upon the licensed premises:
