A.
No person shall consume any alcoholic beverages on
any public street, thoroughfare, park, square, parking lot or other
outdoor public place or area in the Borough of Palmyra, whether on
foot or in a vehicle.
B.
No person shall possess any alcoholic beverages in
open containers on any public street, thoroughfare, park, square,
parking lot or other outdoor public place or area in the Borough of
Palmyra, whether on foot or in a vehicle.

Any person violating any provision of this article
shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding
$500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding
30 days, in the discretion of the court before which such conviction
shall be had.
