As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
TEMPORARY STORAGE CONTAINER
A container designed for the outdoor storage of personal property for temporary use, delivered and removed by vehicle, and specifically excludes cargo containers.
A storage container permit is required for the placement of a temporary storage container at any site in Park Ridge for the length of time as provided herein:
A. 
The owner or occupant of the site where the container is to be located must apply to the Construction Code Official or his designee and pay a required fee of $100 for a container permit.
B. 
The original term of the permit shall be for 30 days and may upon the request of the owner or occupant of the site renew, at no charge, for up to two additional thirty-day periods. In no event shall a container be placed on any site in Park Ridge for more than 90 days.
C. 
No container permit shall be issued to any user who is in violation of any ordinance of the Borough of Park Ridge.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to allow, keep and/or maintain a temporary storage container on a site which the person owns, rents, occupies or controls without obtaining a container permit.
B. 
A person who violates this order shall be subject to the same penalties as provided in § 75-13 of this chapter.
