Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or any agent, architect, builder, contractor, owner or tenant who commits, takes part or assists in any violation of this chapter or who maintains any building or premises in which any violation of this chapter shall exist, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article I, of the Code of the Borough of Pemberton. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
