Bingo and raffles shall be permitted on the first day of the week, commonly
known and designated as "Sunday."

The granting of all bingo and raffle licenses issued by Pemberton Township
shall be approved by the Municipal Clerk in accordance with regulations promulgated
by New Jersey State Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.
