An agreement shall be entered into with the
Borough of Merchantville, a municipal corporation of the State of
New Jersey, situate in the County of Camden, establishing a permanent
Water Commission pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:62-129,
which agreement shall be in the following form:[1]

immediately followed this section is on file in the Clerk's office.
The Chairperson of the Township Committee is
hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver said agreement
on behalf of the Township of Pennsauken, and the Township Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to attest to the signature of said
Chairperson to said agreement and to affix the Seal of the Township
of Pennsauken thereto.
