A Tenants Selection Committee is hereby established
in the Township of Pennsauken, composed of four members and three
alternate members, each appointed for a two-year term.
The four members on the Tenants Selection Committee
shall be:
The Tenants Selection Committee shall have the
following powers:
A.
To organize and select its Chairperson.
B.
To select tenants for those facilities within the
Tenants Selection Committee's control; such selection must be in compliance
with all federal, state and local laws.
C.
To establish rules and regulations concerning the
selection of tenants, such rules and regulations to comply with all
federal, state and local laws.
The members of the Tenants Selection Committee
shall serve without compensation.
