A Tenants Selection Committee is hereby established in the Township of Pennsauken, composed of four members and three alternate members, each appointed for a two-year term.
The four members on the Tenants Selection Committee shall be:
A. 
A representative of the owners selected by the owners.
B. 
Two members and three alternate members to be selected by the Township Committee of the Township of Pennsauken.
C. 
One member to be selected to represent the managing agents of the facilities in question.
The Tenants Selection Committee shall have the following powers:
A. 
To organize and select its Chairperson.
B. 
To select tenants for those facilities within the Tenants Selection Committee's control; such selection must be in compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
C. 
To establish rules and regulations concerning the selection of tenants, such rules and regulations to comply with all federal, state and local laws.
The members of the Tenants Selection Committee shall serve without compensation.
