A. 
The Township Committee hereby readopts certain of its ordinances as listed hereinbelow in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-90.
B. 
The publication and adoption of such ordinances to be continued shall be accomplished in accordance with P.L. 1976, c. 115.[1]

A. 
The Township Committee hereby readopts An Ordinance to Amend, Revise and Reenact the Pennsauken Township Zoning Ordinance of 1942 and All Amendments and Supplements Thereto, also known as the "Pennsauken Township Zoning Ordinance of 1942 as Amended." Such ordinance was adopted on December 21, 1971, and designated as Ordinance No. 71-1216. The provisions of such ordinance are attached hereto and made a part hereof.[1]

B. 
The Zoning Maps designated as the "Colonial Planning District," "Village Planning District," "Browning Planning District" and "Cooper Planning District," adopted with the aforementioned Zoning Ordinance and incorporated by reference therein, are hereby readopted. Such Zoning maps are attached hereto and made a part hereof.[2]

C. 
The Township Committee hereby readopts An Ordinance Amending an Ordinance Entitled "An Ordinance to Amend, Revise and Reenact the Pennsauken Township Zoning Ordinance of 1942, and All Amendments and Supplements Thereto" (Fences), adopted on May 29, 1974, and designated as Ordinance No. 74-19. The provisions of such ordinance are attached hereto and made a part hereof.[3]

D. 
The Township Committee hereby readopts An Ordinance to Amend, Revise and Reenact the Pennsauken Township Zoning Ordinance of 1942 and Amendments and Supplements Thereto, As Amended, adopted on November 22, 1976, and designated as Ordinance No. 76-24. The provisions of such ordinance are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
E. 
The Township Committee hereby readopts An Ordinance Establishing Rules, Regulations and Standards Governing the Subdivision of Land Within the Township of Pennsauken Pursuant to the Authority Set Forth in Chapter 433 of the Laws of 1953, and Amendments and Supplements Thereto, Setting Forth the Procedure to be Followed by the Planning Board and the Governing Body in Applying and Administering these Rules, Regulations and Standards; and Providing Penalties for the Violation Thereof, also known as the "Land Subdivision Ordinance of Pennsauken Township, Camden County, New Jersey." Such ordinance was adopted on May 10, 1965, and designated as Ordinance No. 65-1050. The provisions of such ordinance are attached hereto and made a part hereof.[4]

F. 
The Township Committee hereby readopts An Ordinance Delineating and Regulating Land Use within the Flood Risk Area in the Township of Pennsauken, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, adopted on August 11, 1975, and designated as Ordinance No. 75-20. The provisions of such ordinance are attached hereto and made a part hereof.[5]

G. 
Any provisions of the aforementioned, readopted ordinances which are contrary to the provisions of the Municipal Land Use Law, P.L. 1975, c. 291, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq. and/or the State Uniform Construction Code Act, P.L. 1975, c. 217 (N.J.S.A. 52:27D-119 et seq.)[6] and/or the regulations adopted thereto, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency of such ordinance. The aforementioned readopted ordinances shall be read in pari materia with this chapter.

H. 
Three copies of the text of the above ordinances and the maps are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and are available for public inspection.
