A. 
Licenses issued by the Township of Pennsauken for the sale of alcoholic beverages in said Township, pursuant to the Alcoholic Beverage Law (N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et seq.), shall be:
(1) 
Plenary retail consumption: $2,000 per year.
(2) 
Plenary retail distribution: $2,000 per year.
(3) 
Club license: $200.

B. 
The licenses issued by the Township of Pennsauken for the sale of alcoholic beverages in said Township shall increase automatically by the lesser of the maximum increase of the prior year or the maximum allowed pursuant to the Alcoholic Beverage Law (N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et seq.) on July 1 of each year.
All license fees shall be remitted to the Township Clerk and shall be paid in cash or by certified check to the order of the Township of Pennsauken. Said license fees, when and as received, shall be paid by the Township Clerk to the Township Treasurer.
