As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Includes a person of either sex, any natural person or association
of natural persons, association, partnership or corporation.
From and after May 1, 1953, no person shall
keep, raise or maintain or allow, permit or suffer to be kept, raised
or maintained any swine within the limits of the Township of Pennsauken.

Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to one or more of
the following: a fine not exceeding $2,000 or imprisonment in the
county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or a period of community
service not exceeding 90 days, in the discretion of the Municipal
Court Judge. Each and every day that any violation continues shall
be considered as a separate and specific violation of this article
and not as a continuing offense.
