No person shall, for the purpose of hunting, taking or killing any kind
of bird or animal, have in his or her possession or discharge a loaded gun
or other weapon used for such purpose while:
A. Within 500 feet of any building or structure occupied
or capable of being occupied by human beings.
B. Upon lands within the Township encompassed within all residential districts which are designated as R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4 and R-5 and within Commercial Districts C-1 and C-2, as designated in Chapter
141, Development Regulations, and its accompanying Zoning Maps.
C. Upon lands owned by the Township of Pennsauken or owned
by the Pennsauken Board of Education.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall, upon request
of any law enforcement officer, furnish such officer with one's name, address,
gunning license number and any other information necessary to properly identify
such person so violating this chapter.

Any person charged with violating this chapter shall, upon conviction,
be subject to one or more of the following: a fine not exceeding $1,250 or
imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or a period
of community service not exceeding 90 days, in the discretion of the Municipal
Court Judge.
