Except as otherwise provided herein, all personnel,
all records and property of the Township are transferred to the department
or division to which the functions, powers and duties are transferred
by this chapter.
Pension fund membership and rights of officers
and employees shall not be adversely affected by any transfer pursuant
to this Administrative Code. The Business Administrator shall provide,
by regulation, if necessary, for such records, contribution controls
and other means as will further protect such pension fund membership
and rights.
All ordinances and resolutions adopted before
the effective date of this Administrative Code shall remain in full
force and effect until repealed or amended; provided, however, that
any found to be inconsistent with the Charter or this Administrative
Code or law shall be considered repealed or amended to comply with
existing law to the extent of any such inconsistency.
