There is hereby established an auxiliary to
the River Vale Fire Department to be known as the "Junior Firemen's
Auxiliary," and this Auxiliary shall operate and be guided by N.J.S.A.
40A:14-95 et seq.

A.
Membership for said junior Firemen's Auxiliary shall be for those
who are no less than 14 years old and no more than 17 years old, who
shall obtain permission to join the Auxiliary from their parents or
guardians, which permission must be in writing.
B.
The age limitation for membership shall be 21 years of age for those
college students who are not able to maintain the required percentage
of training attendance normally required of regular volunteer firemen.
Eligibility for membership shall be as provided
in N.J.S.A. 40A:14-96 or as set forth in other statutes of the State
of New Jersey pertaining hereto.
Members of the Auxiliary shall be provided with
the same insurance coverage and in the same amounts provided for the
regular volunteer firemen of the Township of River Vale, pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 40A:14-97.
