No person or persons shall disturb or aid in disturbing the peace of
others by violent, tumultuous, offensive or obstreperous conduct, and no person
shall knowingly permit such conduct upon any premises owned or possessed by
him or under his control.
No person or persons shall intentionally make, turn in or give a false
alarm of fire or need for police or ambulance assistance or aid or abet in
the commission of such act.
No person or persons shall forcibly interfere with any member of the
Police Department or Fire Department or any officer of the municipality or
Board of Health in the performance of his duty or prevent or attempt to prevent
any member of the Police Department or Fire Department or any officer aforesaid
from performing his duty.
No person or persons shall drive any vehicle over any hose or other
apparatus nor willfully handle and do violence to any member of the Fire Department
or any official of the Township in the performance of his duty at a fire or
in going to or returning from a fire or alarm of fire or in charge of any
apparatus; nor shall any person or persons raise, create or continue a false
alarm of fire.
No person or persons shall interfere with the proper transaction of
business in any Municipal Court by any unruly, boisterous or otherwise disorderly
conduct in the courtroom where such Court is in session or by any offensive
or abusive remarks to the presiding Judge when he is engaged in the discharge
of his duties.

There is hereby established a curfew from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for
Cabbage Night, October 30-31, and Halloween, October 31 to November 1. The
curfew shall apply to each minor unaccompanied by his or her parent or guardian.
Any such unaccompanied minor shall first be requested to return to his or
her home, and, in the event of noncompliance, the police shall telephone the
parent or guardian and request that he or she pick up the minor at police
headquarters. For the purposes of this section, "minor" shall be defined as
any person under the age of 18.

170-1 through
170-6 shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
I, §
1-14.
