There shall be no driveways permitted on the
west side of Ocean Terrace within the Borough of Seaside Heights between
Sherman Avenue on the south and Hiering Avenue on the north. All access
to properties adjoining the west side of Ocean Terrace in this area
shall enter and/or exit on the appropriate side streets.
This chapter shall not affect any currently
existing driveway located in the aforesaid area.
