A. 
The fees for all club licenses shall be $150 per annum.
B. 
The fee for a plenary retail consumption license shall be the sum of $1,200 per annum.
C. 
The fee for a plenary retail distribution license shall be the sum of $2,100 per annum.

All licenses shall be issued as provided by law for a period of one-year commencing July 1,1935, and if issued after that date, at a prorated fee.

A. 
No alcoholic beverages shall be sold or dispensed by the holder of any type of license for the sale of alcoholic beverages in the City of Somers Point, New Jersey, or by his servants, agents, employees or otherwise between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays or between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Sundays. The sale or dispensing of alcoholic beverages in the City of Somers Point shall be permitted until 5:00 a.m. on each January 1 only. This subsection shall not affect the rights of those holders who are primarily engaged in a restaurant operation to remain open solely for the purposes of serving foodstuffs and nonalcoholic beverages.

B. 
During the hours that sales are hereinabove prohibited, the entire licensed premises shall also be closed. The term "closed," as used in this article, shall mean:
(1) 
That all means of public ingress to the premises are locked.
(2) 
That no persons, with the exception of the license holder or his agents, servants or employees who are gainfully employed to work at the time in question on or about licensed premises and are so working, shall be on, in or about said premises, except in the event of a bona fide emergency.
C. 
On the dates when there is a change from Eastern standard time to Eastern daylight saving time or from Eastern daylight saving time to Eastern standard time, the following hours shall be applicable:
(1) 
On the date of change from Eastern standard time to Eastern daylight saving time, the closing hour shall be 4:00 a.m. and entertainment pursuant to § 75-18 shall stop at 3:30 a.m.
(2) 
On the date of change from Eastern daylight saving time to Eastern standard time the closing hour shall be 3:00 a.m. and entertainment pursuant to § 75-18 shall stop at 2:30 a.m.

A. 
The above license fees shall be in addition to any other license fees that may now lawfully or shall hereafter lawfully be required by ordinance for mercantile taxes.
B. 
Any licensee is also subject to any lawful conditions that may now or shall hereafter be prescribed by statute by the City of Somers Point, New Jersey, or that may hereafter be lawfully prescribed by ordinance or resolution of the Common Council.

A person may individually own or maintain an ownership and/or vested interest in up to two liquor licenses by virtue of said individual maintaining an ownership and/or vested interest in a corporation, limited-liability company, firm partnership, club, association or any legal entity, within the City of Somers Point. Each license shall be issued for one premises only.
Any person, association or corporation violating § 75-3 shall be subject to a fine of not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment in the city or county jail for not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination of the foregoing.
