The following rate schedule for acquiring certificates
and licenses from the Registrar of Vital Statistics in the City of
Somers Point shall apply:
A.
Certified copies of birth certificates: $20 each.
Additional certified copies of same birth certificate ordered at same
time: $10 each.
B.
Certified copies of certificates of marriage, domestic
partnership and civil unions: $20 each.
C.
Certified copies of certificates of death: $10 each.
D.
Processing of correction forms: $10 each.
E.
Processing of certificates of parentage (includes
correction form fee): $25 each.
F.
Marriage
license, civil union applications and certificates of domestic partnership:
$28 each.
