The Village of Hudson Falls, employees or agents and/or the Town of
Kingsbury, employees or agents shall not be liable in damages or otherwise
on account of the seizure, adoption or destruction of any dog pursuant to
the terms of this chapter.
Where necessary, words in the singular shall be interpreted in the plural
and vice-versa.
If, upon judicial review and determination, any part of this chapter
is deemed or found to be unenforceable, illegal, unconstitutional or void,
such determination shall not affect or impair the validity of the remaining
provisions of this chapter or the application thereof.
This chapter shall take effect immediately upon its adoption and filing
with the Secretary of State.
